“Beautiful Bedruthan, visited with a group for a birthday celebration for one night, we were really well looked after and great at catering for dietary requirements. Beautiful views from the sea view room, really peaceful in the main spaces in the hotel. Maria was a fantastic waitress in our private dining space, really helpful and energetic in her work. Thank you! The inside of the hotel is fantastic, food was delicious from O.go and the breakfast was also delightful. The outside of the hotel is quite dated, with scaffolding up in some places but once you’re inside you don’t notice. Well planted garden areas. The towels in my room were a little worn - but staff were helpful and had it bothered me I’m sure they would have replaced them. The customer service was excellent. Thanks for a great stay.”
“We booked a half day Elemental Spa experience which included use of the pool, hydrotherapy bath, sauna and steam room. In addition, we spent an hour in the Sensory Spa Garden which was fantastic. The facilities were excellent and lunch was also included. We would definitely recommend this experience.”
“I stayed just one night here for my birthday, and it was genuinely such an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, generous and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The location is stunning, with loads to do and see. Breakfast and lunch were equally as lovely, I was blown away with the quality of the food and the vast selection available. The spa, of course, was so relaxing and very peaceful. Thank you so much to the staff; as someone who also works full time at a hotel myself, I was extremely impressed by the hospitality and kindness from everyone working here. Will definitely be coming back to stay again soon!”
“Absolutely love this place (been 3 times).the staff are perfect, sooo friendly and helpful. Food is amazing, especially breakfast. The pool and soft play are great for kids. It's very clean and cared for. My only criticism would be our room was not vacuumed properly. With 5 of us in the room, hair and crumbs were everywhere. We borrowed a vacuum in the end, the staff member did not offer to do it for us. I feel that the housekeeping staff are not as committed as everyone else, which is a shame .”
“One of my favourite places in Cornwall. Truly wonderful hotel in a great location and great views over magwan Porth. Quite a steep walk down to the beach but it's worth it. The breakfast buffet is of high quality and there are many options. The spa is clean and relaxing. All the food I've had here before has been exceptional. Great for all group sizes and family friendly”
